My spouse and I are considering Jackson NH as our next permanent home. I am an engineer and planner of sorts and was just writing to express my approval over your allowance of wind turbine installations in Jackson NH. We might buy land and might request that we build a slipstream ourselves and its nice to know that, while most certainly not a shoe-in, the project would be considered. They are so QUIET! I would prefer generating clean energy nearby than relaying on dirty energy out of sight and mind.
