With all the interest in Wind Turbines and the availability of government rebates and tax credits, it is bound to be the case that unscrupulous persons will take advantage of the populace. Indeed, a Jacksonite was burned in a scam operated in Southern Massachusetts by a former Mass State Representative. Make sure that the organization with whom you deal has a bona fide reputation.
